    Grand Bay & Pereybere - Grand Bay, the main resort of Mauritius is the one "must see" beach village.     Description

    Beautiful 4-bedroom villa nestled in a tropical garden overlooking the beach of Pointe aux Canonniers, on the North coast of the island. The main bedroom has splendid sea views and direct access to the garden and beach. The three other bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool. This villa offers the opportunity of spending time in a calm and relaxed environment whilst still being within close proximity to the resort of Grand Bay (5 minutes by car) with its variety of restaurants, cafes and the chic boutiques of Sunset Boulevard.

    Main Villa

    The spacious living-room is elegantly furnished with rattan sofas and colourful cushions, writing-desk, coffee table, floor lamp, plasma TV (satellite channels), DVD, hi-fi and ceiling fan. One end opens on to the garden which leads directly to the beach. On the other end it leads on to the swimming pool with a large terrace area where alfresco meals can be taken.
    An additional living-room with air-conditioning opens directly onto the front garden offering delightful sea views. It is furnished with sofas with soft tones, a coffee table and table lamps. A sideboard, dining table and 4 antique wooden chairs are in the dining area. An adjacent playing room boasts a bridge table, 4 chairs, an antique sideboard and sea views.

    Master bedroom:

    King-size bed (2m x 2m), air conditioning, ceiling fan, side tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, safe, en suite bathroom with fan, bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. This opens onto a small garden with direct access to the beach and the sea. Adjacent study with ceiling fan, worktop, chair, internet access, small child bed and en suite shower-room with washbasin and WC.

    Bedroom 2

    2 single beds (80 cm x 1m80), ceiling fan, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, en suite shower-room with shower, washbasin and WC. Direct access to swimming pool.

    Bedroom 3

    Single bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe, small table, chair, shower-room with shower, washbasin and WC. Direct access to swimming pool.
    Equipped kitchen: Fridge-freezer, water filter, 4 gas rings/electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker and automatic rice-cooker. A small adjacent laundry-room has a washing machine, sink and ironing facilities.

    Guest cottage detached from main villa

    A spacious dining-room, facing the back of the villa, opens on to a lawned area within just a few metres of the swimming pool. Large wooden dining table and chairs seating 10 guests, ceiling fans and direct access to the swimming pool.

    Bedroom 4

    King-size bed (2m x 1m80), air conditioning, side tables, lamps and armchairs. En suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Small en suite room with cot and ceiling fan.

    Kitchenette with sink and mini-bar.

    Swimming Pool: 7m x 3m. Maximum depth: 1m40. Diving is not allowed. As the swimming pool is not fenced off, it is imperative that children are strictly supervised.The pool area has a garden dining table and chairs for 6, parasol, 3 sun loungers, a round wooden garden table and chairs and a stand-alone kettle BBQ.

    The sea is at less than three hundred and fifty metres ahead. Many kilometres of white powdery and sandy beach of Mon-Choisy.

    There is washing machine in the villa. But no need for you to wash, dry or iron bedsheets or even....your clothes!!! we do it all for you. We include a complete housekeeping at least twice a week.
